  • How does this work?
    • Your picnic will provide you a two hour experience. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and please text us if you're more than 10 minutes late.
  • Is a deposit required?
    • Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your picnic to secure your special date. A zoom consultation can be requested to discuss special request and items that may not be available on the website for a personalized experience.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    • Please reach out as soon as possible for your one of a kind experience.
  • Where can I have a picnic?
    • We are currently operating at Deep Run Park, Cheswick Park, and Bryan Park. Other outdoor locations maybe available upon request. We can also bring the Ambiance indoors to your home, private space of your choice, or your personal backyard or deck.
  • What about inclement weather?
    • If rain has been forecasted, we will contact you to discuss the best date and time to reschedule your picnic experience.
  • What's included in my picnic experience?
    • Your package includes tables, pillows, linens, decor, plates, glasses, disposable utensils, and a blanket for warmth in cooler weather. Add on's available upon request.
  • How are you addressing COVID-19 concerns and safety measures?
    • We are following CDC guidelines to prevent transmission. Hand sanitizer, masking, and thoroughly sanitizing all picnic equipment between bookings. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have had possible exposure to someone who has recently tested positive, please contact us in advance and we will reschedule your picnic experience. COVID-19 Assumption of Risk form available for your review.
  • Who's responsible for clean up?
    • Our team is responsible for set up and clean up. A trash bag will be provided at every picnic. We ask that all utensils and trash be placed in the bag for proper disposal.
  • What is the maximum number of guest our picnic can accommodate?
    • We can currently accommodate 2-8 guest. Additional guest allowed but must be requested in advance during our consultation.
  • How do I request a zoom consultation? 
    • You can request a free zoom consultation on the "How Can We Help" page. Please provide the best time for a zoom meeting and you will receive a follow up email to confirm the best day. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the link attached to initiate the zoom consultation invite.
